Coosa Outdoor Worship Spot (COWS) Cows was born in 2014 as a facility for use by churches to meet any need they may have with an emphasis on Summer Youth Camps. We are nestled in the woods of Coosa County Alabama just east of the Coosa River and South of Hatchet Creek.

CHRISTIAN WORSHIP CAMP
Our Christian Summer Camp Facility offer excellent locations for hosting a conference get-together, family reunion or weekend getaway. Traditional camps are located in beautiful rural atmospheres free of typical urban distractions. COWS’s camps offer a wide variety of modern facilities for both recreational and educational activities.

PASTOR MATT NIXON
Pastor Matt Nixon was appointed to serve as New Home Baptist Church’s Senior Pastor in February of 2019. Prior to that, he served as Youth Minister/Associate Pastor of New Home. He is currently attending New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary working towards a degree in Bachelor of Arts and Christian Ministry.
I am passionate about creating a culture of personal and professional growth, rooted in developing the emotional intelligence skills of campers and staff.
